Delivery Details

• Please have your order delivered to an address where the driver can get a signature as all deliveries are made through a third party courier service and even though every effort is made to ensure goods arrive on time and undamaged, the company will not be held responsible for any unrecognised signatory, damaged product or late delivery beyond its control.

• Delivery prices quoted are within the mainland UK only and are added to you total bill. Please note, any delivery charges outside the UK mainland will be emailed for your approval.

• We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

• We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

• All delivery costs quoted are subject to change at any time.

• Our couriers will attempt delivery of your order twice, any subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable and must be paid in full  by the customer.
