All orders placed with Display Fix Ltd are accepted with the understanding that the customer has read the Terms and Conditions set out as below;

The words ‘our company’ refer to Display Fix Ltd and the words ‘our website’ refer to www.displayfix.co.uk.

1.       Products

1.1.    All products remain the property of Display Fix Ltd until paid in full.

1.2.    All sizes, measurements and specifications are approximate and may be subject to change at any time.

1.3.    We Endeavour to carry as much stock as possible. However, it is possible that some items are out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible.

2.       Prices and Payment

2.1.    All prices advertised on our website are in Great British Pounds (£) AND exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate. All totals are clearly shown throughout each stage of the transaction.

2.2.    The company reserves the right to change prices without notice.

2.3.    Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted; these will be added to your final total.

2.4.    We accept payment by PayPal, most major credit and debit cards, cheque and bank transfer (BACS).

3.       Security and Privacy

3.1.    All information entered onto our website is totally secure any information stored is placed in secure certified servers in accordance with our strict privacy policy.

3.2.    The company will not sell or divulge any personal information to any individuals or third party companies.

4.       Delivery and Delivery Costs

4.1.    Please have your order delivered to an address where the driver can get a signature as all deliveries are made through a third party courier service and even though every effort is made to ensure goods arrive on time and undamaged, the company will not be held responsible for any unrecognised signatory, damaged product or late delivery beyond its control.

4.2.    Delivery prices quoted are within the mainland UK only and are added to you total bill. Please note, any delivery charges outside the UK mainland will be emailed for your approval.

4.3.    We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

4.4.    We DO NOT deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

4.5.    All delivery costs quoted are subject to change at any time.

4.6.    Our next day delivery service (and any surcharge) is only guaranteed for orders placed before 1:00pm any orders placed after this time may not arrive next day, this is clearly stated at the checkout. Our next day delivery service is NOT available in Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Shetland Islands.

4.7.    Our couriers will attempt delivery of your order twice, any subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable and must be paid for in full by the customer.

5.       Damages and Shortages

5.1.    Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Failure to report these will result in returns not being accepted.

6.       Returns

6.1.    Display Fix Ltd will gladly refund any product that you are unsatisfied with. All we ask is that you report this to us within 3 working days on receipt of your goods so that we can organise a collection. The buyer is reponsible fo all carriage charges on returns unless a prior agreement has been arranged.

6.2.    The order must also be in its original condition and packaging, failure to do so may result in a delayed claim and a restocking charge of 20%.

6.3.     This guarantee does not include any products which have been specially ordered or manufactured to the customer’s specification, including our full range of shop furniture.

7.       Promotions

7.1.    All promotions are carried out at the discretion of Display Fix Ltd.

7.2.    Customers may only use one promotional offer at a time.

9.       Statutory Rights

9.1.   These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
