How does it work?

The Evo36 has a powerful 1.5W solar panel that charges the high capacity battery during the day. At night the Evo36 illuminates when it detects motion in the same way as regular mains powered security lights.

How do I install it?

The Evo36 Solar Security Light is very easy to install in comparison with mains powered security lights.

The box contains the main light unit, a solar panel connected to 5 metres of cable (3m extension cables avaialable seperately), 6 screws with 6 raw plugs and a set of instructions.

1. Mount Evo36 Solar Security Light.

2. Mount the Evo36 solar panel within 5 metres of the light.

3. Plug panel cable into the light unit.

Evo Booster Panel Upgrade

The Evo Booster Solar Panel adds 2w of power to the existing solar panel that comes with the Evo. The Evo Booster Solar Panel is designed to ensure that the Evo's keep working during the winter months when there is much less sun to charge them. The optional Evo Booster Solar Panel may also be of benefit to customers who need to locate the Evo’s in non-solar friendly positions (such as North facing gardens etc) or for customers who intend to rely on the lights more often than most. Available seperately for £24.99.

Evo Solar Panel Cable Extensions

We often get asked about extension cables so that customers can position their solar panel further away from their solar security lights. The Evo’s come with a generous 5 metre cable out of the box but if that isn’t long enough we have Evo Solar Panel 3m Extension Cables available separately for £5.99.
